Christopher Shaw is a digital-first estate agency offering a range of property services across Bournemouth and Poole. It joined Goodlord in 2017 to continue developing its digital approach - and to offer a "safety-net" for compliance.
“We've been using Goodlord for over three years now. I think in that time we've processed 820 tenancies on the platform,” says Matt Dilkes, Lettings Director at Christopher Shaw. “I couldn't imagine going back to how we did it before, it's very normal now. There are other signing platforms but they're not under one roof.”
