The pandemic has caused a jump in interest for Goodlord’s Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Insurance policies - which Tim hopes will also extend to tenants’ insurance. “One of the easiest things to sell after this will be the Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Insurance,” says Tim. “I think insurance will become more important for landlords. I'm hoping it will become more important to tenants as well.”
