"We adopted Goodlord during the first lockdown. Essential moves could still take place but we saw the difficulty that NHS staff members, for example, had with the old process," says Andy McHugo, Associate Director at Birmingham-based estate and letting agency, James Laurence.

"We realised that we were going to be asking them to do more than they really needed to be doing. And we wanted it to be seamless, completely remote and much easier for them - which is where Goodlord came in."

As well as the tenants, once everyone was back in the office, staff appreciated the new smooth process as well. "With everyone coming back after lockdown, we wanted to kick things off again with a new seamless process - which has had good feedback from staff," says Andy. "I have more visibility over the process."
