“The referencing now actually does pick up on problematic tenants and it has brought fraudulent tenants to us. I've never seen a better system to cut out bad tenants than Goodlord.

“Goodlord has saved us so many hours that now we're able to process tenancies twice as much as we did before. Other than making it quicker, it actually relieves a lot of workload from our administrators, so we've been able to employ people into different business areas and to grow the business that way.

“One of the main benefits is to show the landlords that actually, not only do we know what we're doing, but we're using the best products out there, and then with the tenants when they come in and see a nice digital platform, it's what they're used to and it's what they expect.

“The Goodlord platform is very, very easy to use. I can do everything on there. We'll start with creating the tenancy, e-signing the agreement, referencing, and also adding rent protection.
