Technology is less error prone than humans and is, in my opinion, intrinsically more trustworthy than a human, particularly for administrative tasks. Compliance, for example. Goodlord allows us to be compliant. It makes sure we send the EPC, the gas safety, the deposit protection certificates. It makes sure that the prescribed information is signed and sent for the tenant. All of these are vital.
