Joining Goodlord in 2019 helped the agency to throw off the “shackles” of paperwork so it could refocus on growing and doing what the team enjoys: talking to customers.

“Goodlord removed the side of the business that you don't sign up to when you become a letting agent ー to sit at your desk and do hours of paperwork,” says Charlton. “It improves the experience of the landlord and our clients' customer, which is the tenant - and the tenants of today are our landlords of tomorrow.”
