Resi founder Alex Depledge MBE joins Goodlord as Non-Executive Director

We're delighted to announce the appointment of serial entrepreneur, Alex Depledge MBE, to our board as a Non-Executive Director. 

A serial entrepreneur, Alex is currently the CEO and founder of Resi, the largest residential architect in the UK. After founding the business in 2016, she and her team have gone on to deliver over 10,000 projects nationwide. Prior to launching Resi, Alex founded and exited the cleaning platform Hassle.com.  

She also currently serves as the Entrepreneurship Advisor to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and sits as an NED on the board of FTSE-100 member Persimmon PLC.

The news of Alex’s appointment follows a year of rapid growth for Goodlord, during which we've hit profitability, launched a raft of new products to help the sector navigate the Renters’ Rights Act, and secured a range of high-profile partnerships including becoming the exclusive referencing partner of the NRLA and rolling out our technology to all 300 branches of the Leaders Romans Group (LRG).
