Goodlord is proactively preparing Settio for the Renters’ Rights Act and the shift from Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) to Assured Periodic Tenancies (APTs). Goodlord also helps manage changes to prescribed documents, like the How to Rent guide.
