We've just announced the successful launch of our new energy switching and void period management product, Goodlord Switch.

We have partnered with Octopus Energy to launch Goodlord Switch, which reduces the administrative time for letting agents between tenancies by auto-switching property details and covering the void costs. Letting agents will earn commission for each property that signs up and remains with Octopus Energy. As an added bonus, tenants get an affordable, green tariff with an easy-to-use sign up process that makes moving home simple.

On the launch of the product, CEO William Reeve says: “After a successful testing period with a select group of our agency customers we are excited to officially begin offering Goodlord Switch to the entire lettings industry. This launch marks a significant first for Goodlord, as it’s our first product in our suite of services for letting agents that can be used independently of the Goodlord platform.”

Michael Hollamby, General Manager at Ezytrac says: “Ezytrac is thrilled to have been one of the first customers to use Goodlord Switch - we now have one less administrative task and are making additional revenue, which puts us in a good position ahead of the tenant fee ban.”
