Behind the scenes at Goodlord
Hotspur Residential wanted to simplify its tenants’ lettings process and maintain a good level of service all while saving time, so it joined Goodlord in 2017 - and jumped at the chance to use Goodlord's Rent Collection solution to further help it achieve these goals.
The Property Shop Yorkshire uses Goodlord's platform to manage many steps in the lettings process, and to offer its clients extra services - including Goodlord's Rent Protection Service, which has protected the agency's landlords throughout the pandemic, where other policy providers have struggled.
Gold Key Lettings joined Goodlord in May 2020 having searched for a new Rent Protection Insurance provider, and discovered how the platform could help the Sheffield-based lettings agency manage its compliance.
