Martyn Gerrard, an award winning estate and letting agency operating across North London, joined Goodlord when looking for a Rent Protection Insurance offering to help protect its landlords - and quickly realised that the platform could also help the company save time.

County Lettings is the longest established sole letting agents in the Hertfordshire area, with over 30 years' experience. Having previously taken a paper-based approach to lettings, it's now evolving its processes to offer its customers a digital solution.
Cambridge-based estate agents, Redmayne Arnold & Harris, use Goodlord to simplify the pre-tenancy process, creating a better experience with remote-access for their tenants.
